Deep Sky astrophotography is a fascinating and challenging discipline that captures the breathtaking beauty of celestial objects far beyond our solar system. It requires specialized equipment and precise imaging techniques to reveal the faint light emitted by distant galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters.

Since 2009, Theofanis Matsopoulos has been capturing deep-sky phenomena from his private observatory in Zagori, Greece, utilizing a variety of specialized telescopes. His deep-sky photography has been featured in prestigious international astronomy media, including Sky & Telescope and Astronomy magazines.

Από το 2009, ο Θεοφάνης Ματσόπουλος φωτογραφίζει ουράνια αντικείμενα από το ιδιωτικό του αστεροσκοπείο στο Ζαγόρι. Φωτογραφίες του βαθέος ουρανού έχουν δημοσιευθεί σε διεθνή μέσα αστρονομίας, μεταξύ των οποίων και στα περιοδικά Sky & Telescope και Astronomy.
